We provide small pets boarding service based in Singapore focusing in hamsters.

1st Pet & 2nd Pet:                      $3 per day

3rd and Subsequent Pets:         $2 per day

Pregnant Pet:                            $5
{In the event your hamster does give during the stay, it will be re-charged as a pregnant pet rate and no charges for the babies. She will be well taken care, provided with a high protein and nutrition diet.}

Also, our boarding service has been running since 2012, so we are familiar with the procedure and the differences in the needs of every pet.

  Our boarding service is home-based; well ventilated, zero-noise pollution and comfortable stay without the disturbance of external parties. Daily spot cleaning, changing of drinking water and insistence changing of bedding every 7 days.

  Pet(s) check-in > simple health check & form filling > hand-over and say goodbye.
  Photo update via Email/Web every 3-5 days, please inform us of any special request. House Rules are strictly enforced (See below for full details)

We will treat your pet like our own precious, showering them with lots of attention. We believe in creating a strong bond between owner and their pets through interaction. We offer exclusive One To One handling time with each boarder which helps in the familiarity of human touch and being tamed. It is also a good opportunity for us to check for any abnormal growth and change of behavior.

• Constant Charge Rate for the Whole Year
No need to worry about different charges during peak and non-peak periods or fare spikes during holidays. Our boarding service charges at the same rate for 365 days, with no hidden cost. Be put in Peace of Mind that your pet receives the same treatment at one rate the whole year round! 

House Rule

• Please make FULL payment for the stay before leaving.

• We reserve the right to refuse boarding of any ill or/and injured hamster(s), unless been notified beforehand.

• We accept request to board pregnant hamster at the rate of $5 per day. In the event your hamster(s) gives birth when boarding with us, we will not charge any extra costs for boarding the pups.
• We will NEVER Breed or Mingle ANY boarders together during the stay.
• We will insist on a deposit of SGD50.00 to prevent abandon of pet(s) (per stay/ per 5).

• If your hamster(s) encounter unexpected circumstances and require veterinary attention; we will utilize the deposit.

• Full reimbursement is expected if the deposit is insufficient to cover the expenditures. Full /remaining deposit will be refunded upon picking up your pet upon return.

• Please inform us if there is a change in timing for picking up or if you require an extension of boarding period. 

• If owner fails to fetch their pet(s) after 3 days from the committed or communicated date, pet(s) will be under our ownership and the deposit will be forfeited.

• We will NOT be responsible for any natural death however we will contact you immediately.

• By boarding with us, you consent to be photographed and/or video recorded and agree that such photos and/or videos are owned by lovepets-hamsters and can be used in any way, including publicity purposes.
